The food truck is way better than the restaurant, simply because it's more fresh and made on the spot just for you. If you have the time, try the food truck instead much quicker and they never disappoint!

Great covered food truck area in the middle of nowhere. A hidden gem.
I got the mixed tacos platter and it was very tasty. They offer a wide variety of dishes from breakfast to dinner.
It had customers throughout the half hour we were there, a good sign, since it seems to be a very unassuming place, but once inside it is cozy and comfortable, even with a handwash sink!
Highly recommended! -

Great little place!!! Food is tasty and they are fast!! I had the tacos and my husband had the fajita nachos and both were very good. The only complaint I have is their patio area. They have a couple of tables that customers could use but they had a lot of insects flying around. I ordered our food and ate it in our car .

I'll start off by saying Everything we had was DELISH!!!!
There was an older gentleman there was so helpful and amazingly nice!
TBH, i'm always leary to try tripas at any establishment, especially a new place, but my boyfriend is such a fan of them that I took a leap of faith and was so so happy I did!!!
Mini tacos - 2 lengua 2 soft tripas
The tacos had smaller tortillas and were doubled up, they were lightly fried to accomplish that soft texture. The lengua had big chunks that were soft and just ever so nicely fell apart in your mouth. The tripas was soft and fluffy and full of that tripa flavor we love!
Chalupa de pastor - the meat was soft and oh so flavorful!!! The tortilla had a Smokey taste which tells me they were fried in house, not store bought tostadas!! They were topped with lotsa great avocado and crema!!!
We also had the shrimp cocktail which was served in a regular sized bowl, this was actually lacking a bit of flavor, a little bland but overall still a good dish, especially because of the large serving of avocado.
Ceviche tostada - this again is a dish I rarely eat outside my home, but was again oh so happy I did. It wasn't fishy tasting as some can be, the only thing I wish was added was the pickled red onion & habanero topping.
Let me also say, they were not greedy at all with their meat/seafood portions!!!
I will also say that when my boyfriend returned a couple days later he wasn't as happy as our first experience. He did say the original older gentleman was not there. : ( The cook definitely makes a difference, so good luck!! -

Love the food here. Quick service. Do breakfast mainly. Also to me they have the best carne guisada.
